M&E in CBR and DID

"One of the great mistakes is to judge policies and programs by their intentions rather than their results". This quote by Milton Friedman clearly states that a common pitfall is to see just what we want to see. Can we claim we contribute to inclusive societies if the only thing we monitor are the services we deliver? Enablement, in collaboration with the University College of London, Royal Tropical Institute in The Netherlands and the University of Cape Town designed an Impact Toolkit, which consists of a set of evaluation tools to measure change at the society level. This Impact Toolkit is one of the instruments that will be addressed among a large variety of participatory Monitoring and Evaluation tools in the field of CBR and DID.
